Melva Holt, CEO and Founder of PAISE Leadership is an experienced HR Executive with over 18 years of corporate experience within the Consumer Products and Industrial Distribution industries. Prior to forming PAISE Leadership, Melva was the VP of HR for Kaman Industrial Technologies, where she led the HR strategic direction for over three years building a business partnership model and leading the efforts of establishing an independent organization through a divestiture. Melva began her career in the Engineering Development Program at General Mills. Over her 14 years at General Mills, she held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility within HR, Operations, and Engineering–which included being an HR Business Partner for the North American Retail Sales and Supply Chain functions, and leading Talent Acquisition for the R&D and Quality functions. Melva earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Professional Coach and a certified Hogan and Rejuvi practitioner.
Melva currently serves as a volunteer Career Coach for the Atlanta Chapter of Girls Taking Action (formerly Girls in Action), and formerly served as the Board Chair for Girls in Action. She is incredibly involved with her local Girl Scouts of America troop and has previously volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Junior Achievement, Catholic Charities, and various other programs. Melva resides in the Atlanta area with her husband and 3 children.

Cornelia has been credentialed as both a Professional and Board Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and Center for Credentialing Education. In addition, Cornelia is a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership (ELI-MP). Cornelia is the creator and founder of the Women’s Mastery Program, an annual development program for Women at the Director Level and above, designed to empower their career advancement and strategically plan their life and work. Cornelia is the author of the book Design Your Life released in 2014 which spent a week as a best seller. She is currently finalizing her second book as part of her Doctoral Program in Conscious Business Ethics and is getting ready to launch the Bearyman Barometer™️ an integrated leadership and culture assessment tool.
Cornelia holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where she studied abroad at Melbourne Business School and was a part of the Global Leadership International study program in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Japan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
