Ronald Harvey, Executive Coach
Ronald Harvey is an expert in developing leaders to attain and retain their top talent. He supports leaders in organizations by co-creating solutions that address some of the most common concern for most leaders. His 20 military background and experience working across various sectors of the federal government allows him to help leaders develop skills to lead under pressure. Ron’s focus is to collaborate with leaders to achieve “Real Results Real Time.”
For the last 11 years, Ron has gained the expertise and has earned the title of “The Coaches Coach.” Ron has the privilege of working with companies such as U.S. Army, Department of Health and Environmental Control, OSHA, South Carolina School Board Association, and small business owners to grow and develop their teams. Ron is currently serving as the President of the Midlands Chapter Association of Talent Development, “ATD” in Columbia, South Carolina. Ron enjoys doing things that make a difference for others and serving on boards such as the Midlands Technical College Board for Veterans.
