Michelle Huang, Consultant
Michelle Huang was born in Taipei, Taiwan, lived in Shanghai, China but spent the majority of her life in Japan (about 15 years). She has worked in the HR field for over 10 years in a Japanese corporation. She was a bridge between Japanese employees and non-Japanese employees to support the non-Japanese employee to have a long-term working environment in the corporate organization. She also focused on Global HR works during her corporate life. Michelle has worked in Germany for a couple of years as an expatriate, where her role was to bring the Japanese corporate culture to a traditional German company which had been just acquired by the Japanese. She also worked in New York as an expatriate for 3 years to implement the training platform for the US region.
Michelle understands Japanese corporate culture deeply from neutral perspectives. Michelle is a pioneer when it comes to implementing a new program in the country or the region. She has developed the Leadership programs, manager coaching programs, culture exchange programs and regional training for expatriates in the US and Germany.
