Laurie D Battaglia is Leadership Expert and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and Facilitator with deep experience in accelerating leaders and their teams to high performance across industries. She is a futurist and strategizer, a connector of people and resources. She believes in balancing people and profit in business for a sustainable future.
As an Executive Coach, she helps leaders discover options for the ways that they lead people, set strategy, and accomplish goals. She is known for her ability to transform people, cultures, and workplaces and has coached and consulted with all levels of leaders, from C-Suite to Front Line Managers and Supervisors.
Laurie spent over 35 years in the banking and investment industry, where she held leadership positions in operations, sales, and marketing before transitioning her talents into Learning and Leadership Development. She spent the last 17 years of her corporate career in leadership roles at The Vanguard Group and Wells Fargo, after 20 years in the world of Savings and Loans.
Laurie’s philosophy is to meet leaders where they are. Whether aligning leadership teams, or helping people self-discover during diversity and inclusion conversations, she helps executives identify gaps and gain self-awareness about what’s getting in the way of success, while building on strengths for future success.
Laurie has worked with global organizations in the banking, technology, manufacturing, construction, gaming, and cannabis industries, as well as Native American organizations and tribes.
