Kevin Waits, Consultant
Kevin Waits applies his talents and energy on the work he loves most – helping leaders and their teams become more effective. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for solving problems that get in the way of personal and team effectiveness. He has worked with a host of leaders and teams across various industries and settings, including for profit organizations, NGOs, and philanthropy. His experience has resulted in many opportunities to work with leaders in countries outside the US, including Canada, Ethiopia, Jordan, Malawi, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Togo, and the UK.
For more than 30 years, Kevin worked in a variety of corporate Human Resources and Organizational Development roles, working for top companies such as GE, ADP, The Home Depot, and Cox Enterprises in the automotive, professional services, and retail sectors. Kevin is an Atlanta native and current resident and deeply enjoys international travel. He welcomes the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience in a variety of contexts and adapting it to fit the cultural setting.
