Kevin Richardson, Executive Coach

Kevin B. Richardson is a powerful and experienced coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator with hundreds of hours helping leaders – from front-line managers to C suite executives – and companies to succeed. He has over 25 years of experience in Training and Human Resources Management, ranging from small start-ups to multi-national Fortune 500 organizations spanning a wide variety of industries, including IT, Life Sciences, Logistics, Manufacturing, Services and Transportation. This background gives Kevin a unique perspective from which to assist his clients in finding their full potential.

A world traveler since the age of 3 months, Kevin has lived, studied and worked in Europe and Asia and has managed business located in over 30 countries. This combined with his educational background gives him a truly global mindset allowing him to work across not only functional boundaries but global borders as well.

Kevin lived in Japan for 7 years where he worked in Training and Adult Education with institutions such as Surugadai University and Daikin Corporation. He has also worked for Japanese companies in the US. Kevin has been involved with and held board positions with organizations focused on the Japanese community including the Japan America Society Georgia, the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and the Japanese American Friendship Society.

Kevin studied International Studies and Asian Studies at Kenyon College. As part of this program he studied at Kansai University of Foreign Studies in Osaka, Japan. He has three senior-level Human Resources and Change Management certifications. He is also a certified Executive Coach from Henley Management College in the UK.
