Ken Sakai, Consultant
Ken Sakai provides various HR management consultations and training services, including HR document creation and review, workplace harassment prevention, safety and health, wage and hours, benefit plans, and other HR compliance topics. Ken’s signature program “Building Bridges between the USA and Japan” is a cross-cultural communication training program for people who work for Japanese companies in the U.S. Ken is also an expert in networking with Japanese and U.S. companies, organizations, and joint-venture partners.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Ken worked for over eight years for SUMCO USA (formally known as Mitsubishi Silicon America). Living in the U.S. for more than three decades since 1987 enhances his insightful understanding of Japanese and U.S. corporate culture and systems. He was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan.
