Top executives at Delta Airlines recognized Jane as a best facilitator and one of few real system thinkers during the times of downsizing, outsourcing and bankruptcy. Under Jane’s leadership, Delta won an IBM best practices award for a $3M savings in a lost baggage project saving $3M where lean processing, training and measurements were created with front line team “just in time” learning. Jane’s international experience at Delta Airlines spans from negotiation of Flight Attendant seniority lists in India, Israel and Poland, outsourcing call center functions to India, and International call center training. Most recently, Jane brought to Altanta, Inter-Cultural Intelligence certification training developed in Dubai. Sponsoring also includes mentoring students to becoming certified in Inter-Cultural Intelligence. Currently serving two non-profit boards (President of the Home Owners Association for 131 unit Condominium complex and Delta Air Lines’ Retiree Assistance Program) continues to grow Jane’s passion of serving leaders making a difference.
