Cornelia Shipley Bearyman is a consultant, coach, facilitator, Ph.D. candidate, and leader with nearly three decades of experience working to help multi-national organizations retain and advance their mission-critical talent. Cornelia began her corporate career in Sales and Sales Training and Development for Procter and Gamble and went on to work for both Raytheon Company and General Mills in Human Resources. Since 2006, she has been working with clients, including those in the commercial, government, not-for-profit, and education space, to help them expand the capability and capacity of their leaders. In addition, she helps organizations create the clarity needed to achieve their mission imperatives.
She has authored multiple articles published in major publications, including Inc.com, the Herald System of Papers, and Industry Week. Additionally, she is the author of the international bestseller Design Your Life: How to create a meaningful life, advance your career, and live your dreams.

Ms. Shipley Bearyman takes an integrated approach to her work, integrating her knowledge of strategy, sales, human resources, and principles from conscious leadership and ethics to enable her clients to exceed their personal and professional aspirations.
