Aska Naito, Executive Coach
Aska is an ICF PCC certified executive leadership & life coach, lead trainer, and mentor coach for North America’s top coaching school, the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). In her private practice, she coaches multinational executives, business leaders, and creatives to support their quest to find their authentic WHO to lead, influence, and impact their organizations consciously.
Born in Tokyo and raised in a family of successful business leaders, she has relocated, lived, and worked in over 20 cities across Asia, Europe, and North America, bringing multicultural approaches as she coaches and consults in English and Japanese. Aska incorporates her knowledge and experience from working for Sony Interactive to Global Eagle Entertainment (now Anuvu) with clients such as Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways to bridge cultural perspectives to interpret, facilitate, and consult leaders and organizations relevantly. She was also on the Board of Governors and co-chaired the Women’s Leadership Counts, an initiative by the Japan America Society of Southern California.
Currently residing in the US, UK, and Japan, Aska’s passion lies in empowering leaders and organizations to bring sustainable, conscious change to co-create their vision into reality.
