Adrian Gen Tsukamoto, Executive Coach

Adrian Gen Tsukamoto has gained over 20 professional years of diverse multicultural experiences in organizational development & executive effectiveness in the APAC region. He has led executive planning/problem resolution initiatives to help define organizational vision, corporate values, results & performance indicators to achieve mid to long-term objectives. Most importantly, Adrian’s success lies in providing sustainable structures which help facilitate commitment & alignment towards strategic objectives. Prior to becoming an independent coach, he was a Corporate Officer at the world’s largest B to B coaching firm where he focused on multi year organizational change management coaching projects involving a few hundred to a few thousand leaders to help create positive tipping points within organizations.

His main area of interest is to work with leaders who need to ‘lead other leaders’. Adrian enjoys working with executives who are interested in exploring who they must be as leaders to effectively engage their organizational stakeholders. There is a lot of literature on the subject of leadership that describes how best to lead followers. Adrian believes that executives face a different & sophisticated challenge of needing to work with other leaders which presents a very different dynamic. The ability to effectively lead an organization truly depends on their capability to lead their leaders.
