Laura originated the national Social Impact and Strategic Partnerships function at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where she worked nationally and locally to generate measurable public health outcomes and brand visibility. - Group coaching for a higher education administrative team struggling to increase productivity in the face of diminishing resources. Outcomes include increased cooperation and communication among team members, which resulted in enhanced team capacity and the ability to take adequate rest and time away.
